# Mailyard > Mailyard is self-serve B2B direct mail. Upload any lead list: we find and USPS-verify each business address, then print, mail and track the letters. Key facts: - Mailyard finds **business** mailing addresses (where a company publicly says it operates), never home addresses. - Every address is verified with USPS CASS before it can mail. Addresses that can't be confirmed are held with a reason, not mailed. - Inputs can be a work email, a LinkedIn profile URL, or a name with a company or domain. Lists with addresses skip research. - Letters only for now (8.5×11 in, #10 window envelope), with per-contact QR codes and delivery tracking. Postcards are coming soon. - Nothing prints without the customer approving real production proofs. Drops are scheduled at least 24 hours ahead and are cancelable until they print. - Integrations: Clay (HTTP API column and always-on enrollment), a REST API, and signed webhooks. HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo and Sales Navigator lists come in by CSV with record IDs preserved; there is no native CRM sync yet. - The five agents: Scout (research: finds the business address); Proof (verify: verifies it with USPS); Quill (write: helps you write the letter); Gate (approve: holds it until you approve); Echo (track: tracks every piece and scan). Pricing: - Plans (every plan is the whole platform; one credit per person we find a USPS-verified address for): Launch, $179 a month: 750 address credits a month, letters at $2.29, 1 workspace; Growth, $399 a month: 2,000 address credits a month, letters at $1.99, 1 workspace; Agency, $599 a month: 3,500 address credits a month, letters at $1.89, unlimited workspaces, white label: your brand on the app. More than 3,500 people a month is custom pricing. - Cost calculator: https://mailyard.ai/cost-calculator - Managed: done-for-you campaigns from $3,990 each. - A credit is used only when research delivers a USPS-verified address. Held, failed and not-found results are free. - Addresses you upload or type in yourself are free, and only go through the USPS check. - Unused credits roll over. Extra credit packs are coming soon. When credits run out, research pauses. There are no automatic overage charges. - Reusing a researched list in another campaign costs no new credits. - Letters are priced by plan: $2.29 on Launch, $1.99 on Growth, $1.89 on Agency. Every letter goes USPS First-Class with printing and postage included, plus $0.39 per added page. Your quote shows the exact total before you pay. ## Product - [Pricing](https://mailyard.ai/pricing): Plans from $179 a month for the whole platform, with address credits and letters from $1.89.
