How the estimate works

More in the full FAQ →

What does the estimate include?

Your plan's monthly price plus one letter for each person, at your plan's letter price ($2.29 on Launch, $1.99 on Growth, $1.89 on Agency). Each letter includes printing, a #10 envelope and USPS First-Class postage. Added pages are $0.39 each per letter.

Why is it the most a month can cost?

It assumes we find a USPS-verified address for everyone and you mail them all. A credit is used only when we find an address you can mail to, so held and not-found people cost nothing, and unused credits roll over.

What if I already have mailing addresses?

Addresses in your list skip research and use no credits; they only go through the USPS check. You still pay your plan and the letters.

Is this a quote?

No, it's an estimate. Before any drop you see the exact total for the letters you're sending, and nothing mails until you approve it.
