Direct mail for HubSpot lists.
Export a list from HubSpot or Salesforce, upload it and mail it. The record ID rides along to each QR scan, so results match your records.
From CRM list to letterbox in six steps.
Step 1
Export the list
A HubSpot list or view, or a Salesforce report, with record ID, name, email and company.
Step 2
Upload it to Leads
The importer detects columns and shows how many rows each field fills.
Step 3
Mark the record ID
Match it to Contact ID and choose HubSpot record ID, Salesforce ID or Other.
Step 4
Find and verify addresses
Scout finds business addresses and Proof checks them with USPS.
Step 5
Design, approve and mail
Approve real print proofs and schedule the drop 24+ hours out.
Step 6
Bring results home
Export deliveries and scans as CSV, keyed by record ID.

Questions
More in the full FAQ →
Does Mailyard connect directly to HubSpot?
Not today. Lists come in by CSV, and results go out by CSV export or webhook. Mailyard doesn't write fields back to your CRM.
Which HubSpot column is the record ID?
The Record ID column. Match it to Contact ID and choose HubSpot record ID when asked.
Does it work with Salesforce leads and contacts?
Yes. Export a report with the lead or contact ID and choose Salesforce ID at import.
What if my CRM already has mailing addresses?
Upload them. They skip research, use no credits and go straight to the USPS check.
