Questions about tracking
More in the full FAQ →
How do you track direct mail delivery?
Each letter moves through Scheduled, Printing, In transit, Processed for delivery and Delivered, or Returned. Stages update from USPS scans, and Delivered is inferred from them.
How do QR codes show who responded to a letter?
Each letter's QR code is tied to one contact. A scan opens your landing page with the contact's ID and shows up in Mail Analytics.
Can I send scans to my CRM?
Each scan carries the contact's CRM ID. Export scans as CSV or receive them by signed webhook; there's no native CRM sync yet. See HubSpot and CRMs.
