Questions about letters

More in the full FAQ →

What size is a Mailyard letter?

An 8.5×11 inch letter, tri-folded into a windowed #10 envelope. The recipient's address prints on the letter and shows through the window.

Can I personalize each letter?

Yes. Merge fields pull name, title, company, email, city and state from your list, plus any column in your CSV.

Can AI write my letter?

On the fixed templates, Quill drafts and revises the copy from a short brief, and nothing changes until you apply it. On the drag-and-drop canvas you write the copy yourself.

Do you send postcards?

Not yet. Mailyard sends letters today, and postcards are coming soon.
